Chris worked in the care industry for many years, including a nanny in San Francisco and Paris, then returning to Cumbria, gaining her BA degree to work with adults with learning disabilities. She has also worked in customer services as a member of the team at Larch Cottage, not to mention being a full-time mother to two beautiful daughters, before, due to health issues, had to re-evaluate her life, which lead her down a new path of Reflexology and complementary health.

Chris gained her BSc (hons) in Complementary Therapies at the University of Cumbria in 2013. She is also a member of PR (Professional Reflexology)  AOR (Association of Reflexologists), CMA (Complementary Medical Association) and the CNHC (Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council) which is recognised by the NHS.

She specialises in Clinical Reflexology and has carried out further training in treatments which compliment reflexology. Chris is passionate about supporting people living with for ME CF, Fibromyalgia, MS and Motor-Neurone Disease and Cancer care. 

Chris also teaches the PR professional reflexology diploma with passion and dedication to enable people with no experience in reflexology to become confident and competent practitioners.
