Initial Consultation – £55 (80 minutes)
Available in person at The Health Barn or online
If you're curious about how breath coaching can help you feel more grounded, relaxed, or focused, this is the place to start. The initial session lasts 80 minutes and gives us plenty of time to explore what’s going on with your breathing and how it might be affecting your day-to-day life.
Before we meet, you’ll fill out a short online intake form (to be returned at least 24hours in advance) so I can get a sense of your needs ahead of time. We’ll then use that as a starting point in the session, alongside some simple checks to tailor things specifically to you.
You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of how your breath works and why it matters — plus at least two easy-to-follow exercises to get started at home. After the session, I’ll email you instructions for those exercises so you have everything you need.
Follow-Up Sessions – £40 (50 minutes)
Also available in person or online
Follow-up sessions are 50 minutes long and usually happen about a week to 10 days after your first session. They help reinforce and build upon what you’ve learned and give you space to ask questions, go deeper, or adjust the practices if needed.
You’ll get any new exercises by email afterward so you can continue practising between sessions. Some people book just one or two follow-ups, while others choose to check in regularly for ongoing support — it’s totally up to you.

Payment is requested in advance via bank transfer. If you’re coming in person, you can also pay in cash.
