Breathwork Coaching - The Oxygen Advantage®

The Oxygen Advantage® program exists to empower everyone with optimal breathing as a foundational tool for health, well-being and performance.

The Oxygen Advantage® is a science based & research backed set of assessments, individualised techniques and protocols to work with a broad range of people - it was created by Patrick McKeown out of his work with the Buteyko Method of breathing.

If you would like to learn more about breathing, how our breath affects our day to day, along with possible changes and exercises to help with improved health, well-being & performance, contact The Health Barn reception to set up an Initial Assessment with Oli Blomfield, Advanced Instructor with The Oxygen Advantage.

An initial assessment session is up to 90 minutes in duration and costs £45. You will be asked to complete an online intake form ahead of this session. The intake form will provide the basis of the session along with further measures to help with progress. You will leave the session with a better understanding of the how and why of breathing along with at least two exercises to take away to start your home practice. A full email sent after the session will also include instructions for these exercises.

A follow up session lasts up to 60 mins and costs £35. This will build on the foundations covered in the initial session. Depending on how the practices have gone, a follow up session can usually be scheduled a week or 10 days afterwards. New exercises will again be emailed after the session to help with your home practice.
