A time to just be and learn about your body and breath

Suitable for complete beginners and for those less flexible and those needing time and space to heal.  A unique blend of self-myofascial release and slow melting stretches.

We use a variety of props, including hot stones,  fascia releasing vibration sticks and peanuts. Starting with aromatherapy to deepen the breath and engage more with the  ‘rest and digest’ part of the nervous system, whilst laying on heated blankets. We then target and release different muscular and fascial areas of the body and then slowly relax into the melting stretches, supported over bolsters.

Most Thursdays , 90 min classes either 1:30 until 3 pm   or   5:30 until 7 pm
